These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Trendy Marketing, a company incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, conducting business as Trendy Marketing (“we,” “us”). By accessing our website or subscribing to our publications, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our U.S. correspondence address is 5013 S Louise Ave, PMB 2183, Sioux Falls, SD 57108, USA.
We operate an editorial network of email briefings — Capital Insider, Deep Horizon, The Defense Ledger, Open Bell, and Next Cycle — together with this website and associated communications (the “Service”).
Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. See our Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Health-policy content is industry and regulatory analysis only and is not medical advice.
Content reflects the authors’ opinions as of publication, is based on sources believed reliable — primarily public records and open-source reporting — and may contain errors or become outdated. Material errors of fact that we identify are corrected.
Our briefings are written by our editorial analysts. Author biographies describe their areas of research and expertise. Bylined views are the authors’ own.
The Service is supported by advertising. We accept compensation — including flat fees, cost-per-action (CPA), and cost-per-lead (CPL) arrangements — from advertisers, including issuers conducting offerings under Regulation A and financial publishers. Sponsored communications are labeled, and compensation relating to any securities-related communication is disclosed within that communication, consistent with Section 17(b) of the Securities Act of 1933. Advertisements are the responsibility of the advertiser; we do not verify advertisers’ claims and are not a party to any transaction between you and an advertiser.
Email subscriptions are free; every email contains an unsubscribe link. SMS programs are governed by our SMS Terms and support STOP and HELP keywords. Our Do Not Call Policy describes how to be placed on our internal do-not-contact list.
The Service, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Trendy Marketing and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to our content; you may not republish, scrape, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information through our forms, or using the Service in violation of applicable law.
The Service may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendy Marketing and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to the Service — including any investment decision made in reliance on Content or advertisements. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trendy Marketing from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of South Dakota, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived, or your right to bring an individual claim in small-claims court.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
All formal legal inquiries, service of process, DMCA notices, and compliance requests must be routed to:

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and SMS Terms, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
